Design and build RVP, work will include: — Stage 4 design, — Construction and logistics move of Blue Shed yard operations to a new compound, — Blue shed yard site clearance and construction of base area and resurfacing of the main compound, — Installation of perimeter security fencing and gates. The gates are 2 vehicle sets to Hartmann Road and the dockside path, — Install of column mounted and/or building mounted luminaires, CCTV cameras and access control connected compatible with airport wide facilities, — Construction of a blast enhanced RVP building with electrical connections for lighting, data and electric heat. A. Development of the RIBA 3 design, to RIBA 4, including designing to optimise constructability. B. Construction of the RVP package, which will include the following: — Construction and logistics move of Blue Shed yard operations to a new compound. This consists of new security gate set up with access control, lighting and — Blue shed yard site clearance and construction of base area and resurfacing of the main compound, — Installation of perimeter security fencing and gates. The gates are two vehicle sets to Hartmann Road and the dockside path, — Procurement and install of column mounted and/or building mounted luminaires, CCTV cameras and access control compatible with airport wide facilities. The scope includes the operational connection with the airport existing systems, — Construction of a small unmanned blast enhanced RVP building with electrical connections for lighting, data and electric heat, — Connections into main utilities duct running through the compound and cabling power and data where required, — The construction will need to allow continued operational hours vehicle access to the Blue Shed through the compound to facilitate ongoing airport operations.
