Bristol City Council wish to award a new contract to an experienced and suitable contractor to provide drain clearance, land drainage, stack clearance, repairs or renewals and CCTV surveys to properties owned and leased by Bristol City Council who can demonstrate innovation to provide an efficient service and reduce costs. The new Contract will have duration of 4 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years (one plus one year extensions) and is estimated to be worth 1 000 000 GBP per annum, although these values are subject to the necessary funding being available. The Contract will be awarded to one contractor.
