Tender description

Upper and Lower Fosters estate in Hendon Ward occupies 3,06 hectares and contains 211 existing homes. The estate provides an exciting opportunity in a town centre setting to provide a new high quality development and deliver significant local environmental and economic benefits. The Council has embraced a community co-design approach to achieve this, by involving the estate residents, neighbours and wider community fully in the development of the master planning, design and delivery process. The Masterplan is at RIBA stage 2 and the aim is to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to the support delivery of Upper and Lower Fosters delivering circa 200 mixed tenure units and Extra care housing. A market event will be held on the 3.10.2018. Registration and expressions of interest should be forwarded with subject ULF Market Event October 2018 to procurement@barnet.gov.uk. Registration to attend must be received by 12:00 pm 1.10.2018 to enable release of venue and joining details.
