Carpet and Laminate Installation Services 2018 - 22 - AWARD

Tender description

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified contractor to provide carpet and laminate installation services to empty and newly tenanted properties. This includes measuring, fitting, door strips, shaving and rehanging doors where required, grippers and removal of all rubbish. It is anticipated that 60 properties will require laminate and carpet installations per annum. All properties are in the L9, L10, and L11 post code areas of North Liverpool. The Contractor must be ICT literate as it is a requirement to update job completions on our Housing Management System The project will commence 01st April 2018 until 31st May 2022. Performance and satisfaction will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators identified in this document.
