All responsive repairs, void property maintenance and Out of Hours (OOH) emergency works to tenanted homes, blocks and external areas within the schemes owned by Hastoe Housing Association, the authority in the following areas: — Sussex, Surrey and South West London, Kent and Croydon. Numbers of properties — tenancies 658; leasehold and shared owners 368. Estimated annual value 350 000 GBP including VAT. Total value over 4 years below. We propose to award a four year contract to one economic operator who will provide a responsive repairs service, a void property maintenance service and an Out of Hours (OOH) emergency works service to tenanted homes, blocks and external areas within the schemes owned by Hastoe Housing Association, the authority.
