Framework for Valuation and Property Services, which will be split up in to 4 lots as follows: Lot 1: Residential Valuations; Lot 2: Specialist Landlord and Tenant Advice; Lot 3: Specialist Property Advice; Lot 4: Acquisition, Disposal and Commercial Valuations. Residential Valuations includes the following: — Right to Buy Valuations; — Residential Energy Performance Certificates; — Housing stock assett valuation; — Relocation assistance grant valuations. Specialist Landlord and Tenant Advice includes the following: — Specialist use rent reviews/lease renewals; — Specialist use lettings; — Specialist use lease re-gears/extensions/overriding leases. Specialist Property Advice includes the following: — Development advice; — Development appraisals; — Strategic advice; — Specialist evaluation; — Planning viability assessment advice; — Development costs auditing; — Development partnership advice and implementation; — Advice on rationalisation/redevelopment of assets including option appraisals; — Building and Condition Surveys. Acquisitions, Disposals and Commercial Valuations includes the following: — Disposal by private treaty (long lease and freehold); — Disposal by informal and formal tenders (long lease and freehold); — Commercial Property Energy Performance Certificates; — Negotiation of disturbance/home loss payments (Residential Property).
