The requirement is for up to 3 properties for 3 adults (sharing)(in each property) with care and support needs related to learning disability, physical disability, mental health and who can display challenging behaviour in a detached or spacious, soundproof semi-detached property in the Rainworth area of Mansfield area with a large garden. Each property must have: — ground floor accommodation for 1 tenant with an en-suite wetroom, — 2 further bedrooms/accommodation that must be built or refurbished to supported living plus specifications including doors, radiator covers and a wet room to accommodate tenants with ASD/challenging behaviour. This accommodation may be upstairs, — Staff en-suite sleep-in accommodation.
