Tender description

Galway City Council intends to set up a Framework Agreement list for suitable Contractors who will tender for architectural built and civil works from a maximum 4 year period, likely ranging from initial 3+1 potential further year, if satisfactory. This would mean a Framework Agreement duration of an initial 3 calendar years (2019 – 2021) with a Contracting Authority unilateral option to extend a further or calendar year (2022). The Architect’s Department of the Galway City Council, propose to engage in a competitive qualitative evaluation process for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for architectural building and civil engineering works for the Galway City Council. It is envisaged that the majority of contracts procured under this framework will be between 100 000 EUR and 500 000 EUR in value but there may be a small number of contracts of a higher or lower value at the Contracting Authority entire discretion.
