Tender description

One year fixed price contract to repair failing external render and apply external wall insulation to the 3 high rise multi storey blocks at Shakespeare Towers, Grange and Croft. Repairs to the concrete structure will be carried out where required. Each block is 17 storeys high and this work will safeguard the integrity of the blocks and improve the thermal efficiency of the buildings.
