Network Rail (NR) is conducting a pre-procurement market engagement event in relation to corporate finance and tax and accounting services. The sourcing model, if pursued, will incorporate a wide range of corporate finance and tax and accounting requirements to meet NR's future demand for such services. NR's requirements can be split into 5 main areas: (a) General corporate finance advice; (b) Corporate finance advice and execution (including M and A) on specific transactions; (c) Specialist infrastructure corporate finance advice; (d) Specialist infrastructure corporate finance advice and execution on specific transactions; (e) Tax and accounting advice.
