Construction of Beach Huts and Amenity Building

Tender description

The project consists of two sections, with Section 1 being the construction of a new amenity block and Section 2 the construction of the beach huts. The Council requires tenderers to include within their price for all 70nr beach huts being delivered and constructed within one operation under Section 2. The Council intends to proceed with the beach huts under Section 2 as and when prospective purchasers have committed to buy a beach hut. Tenderers are therefore required to also provide an alternative priced rate per 'beach hut' for individual beach huts, which may be delivered and constructed on an ad-hoc basis.
