Tender description

Home Group is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply and distribution of materials that will support its planned maintenance activities during the period April 2019 until March 2023. It is also proposed that the framework be available for use to support Home Group’s new build activities as well as being available to use by other Registered Providers, Local Authorities, ALMOs as well as Home Group’s appointed contractors. The framework is to be structured by way of Lots as follows: — Lot 1: Plumbing, Heating and Bathrooms, — Lot 2: Electrical Items, — Lot 3: Kitchens, — Lot 4: Flooring, — Lot 5: Windows and Doors. This lot includes boilers and associated products, heating controls, radiators, valves, water treatments, water cylinders, electric fires and surrounds. Bathroom products include baths, bath panels, hand basins, pedestals, WCs, bath, basin and kitchen taps, electric showers, shower trays, shower curtains and rails, thermostatic mixers, overflows and wastes. Also included are materials for adapted bathrooms including trays, pumps, grab rails and seats and adapted toilets. Site specific surveys may be required depending on the nature of the adaptation. It is proposed that up to two (2) Suppliers be appointed to the framework under this lot. This lot includes internal and external lighting products, extraction and ventilation products, ventilation units, consumer units, circuit protection, switches, connection units, switches, timers, boxes, sockets, detectors, alarms and space heaters. It is proposed that up to two (2) Suppliers be appointed to the framework under this lot. This lot includes units, work tops and splash backs, sinks, taps and wastes. It is proposed that up to three (3) Suppliers be appointed to the framework under this lot. This lot includes vinyl, linoleum and safety floor finishes. It is proposed that up to two (2) Suppliers be appointed to the framework under this lot. This lot includes composite external doors including fire doors, UPVc external doors, UPVs windows and glazing, all associated ironmongery. It is proposed that up to three (3) Suppliers be appointed to the framework under this lot.
