Provision of construction materials for Green Square Accord Lot 1: Lot 1 - Timber for 1st fix Sawn Soft wood Studding timbers and structural Plywood Lot 2: Lot 2 - Internal doors and linings Panelled doors, wood effect hollow core, and cottage hollow door Lot 3: Lot 3 - Internal apartment doors (Fire doors) 30 and 60 minute Panelled fire doors Lot 4: Lot 4 - Stairs & Balustrades Staircases complete with demountable balustrade fixing system, white gloss finish with square chamfered balusters and stop chamfered newel posts Lot 5: Lot 5 - Ironmongery All internal doors Lot 6: Lot 6 - 2nd fix Skirting and Architrave MDF Architrave 2", pencil round and 3" Ogee MDF Skirting 3"4" pencil round 5" Ogee Lot 7: Lot 7 - Fascia and Soffit UPVC to match widow colour Lot 8: Lot 8 - Window Boards Window boards to be nosed and tongued 25mm thick, to extend 25mm past wall board and to extend 50mm either side of opening. Lot 12: Lot 12 - Aluminium Trims and flashings To suit roof and cladding requirements Lot 13: Lot 13 - Bin stores and Sheds Various bin stores, including timber construction and fenced off areas and various garden sheds appropriate for the construction project Lot 14: Lot 14 - Bat and Bird Boxes Provision of bat and bird boxes as described within the call off for the mini-competition.
