Tender description
The Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and demonstrably experienced Principal Contractor to undertake the design and construction of Coal Orchard Development under an NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Contract (Option A) with secondary options and z clauses as set out in the procurement documents. The design works are complete to a RIBA Stage 3 standard and the successful contractor will be required to undertake the necessary due diligence for and completion of the architectural, civil and structural engineering, MEP engineering, landscaping and such other design as is required to allow the complete construction of all parts of the works.
