Tender description

The following works are required:  Remove existing render cladding and replace with new terracotta cladding, resolve cold bridging and thermal issues  Replace the existing balconies and create a "wintergarden" (enclosed balcony - external space) including removing the existing balcony and provide a thermal break.  Renew all windows and the current balcony door  Renew roof coverings to Drake, Nelson & Grenville Courts  Replacement of the television service and the re-routing of the Virgin Media service  Renew ventilation system  Upgrade existing Automatic Opening Vents (fire precaution works)  Electrical works Automatic Opening Vents (fire precaution works)  Install new sprinkler system (fire precaution works) to all flats and the communal areas  Construct new main entrance lobby  External hardscaping  External landscaping
