Tender description

Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking to appoint contractors to carry out Internal improvement refurbishment works within its social housing stock. For void properties works will include the installation of new kitchens, general repairs and all necessary electrical and plumbing work and the refurbishment of bathrooms. For structural Improvement works, typically works will involve — renewal of floor slabs, rebuilding of internal walls, partitions and ceilings together with associated electrical and general plumbing work. Structural improvement works, typically — renewal of floor slabs, rebuilding of internal walls, partitions and ceilings together with associated electrical and general plumbing work. These properties will generally be unoccupied but occasional properties may be occupied. Timescale to complete each individual Project — to the agreed programme provided by the Contractor. It includes works on a tenancy change prior to re-letting. This may include new kitchens, bathroom refurbishments, general repairs, decoration and all necessary electrical and plumbing work. All works are carried out in unoccupied properties during the void period. Tenancy changes are subject to strict timescales.
