Tender description
Homes England wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the construction works to bring Coney Green Attenuation Lagoon to adoptable standards. The works include, but are not limited to the following: - New 4.0m wide access track suitable for maintenance vehicles; - New headwall structures; - Installation of new pipework; - Removal of existing Gabion Baskets; - Installation of concrete headwalls; - Minor earthworks - regrade embankments; - Any others works required to bring lagoon to adoptable standards; - Removal and disposal of floating pennywort, including future monitoring - Removal and disposal of Himalayan balsam, including future monitoring.
