Lancashire County Council (the Council) is inviting tenders for a range of contracts under the Business Growth Hub's Boost 3 Programme. The Boost programme's purpose is to help Lancashire’s businesses grow. Boost's objective is to inspire Lancashire’s ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders, and give each of them the support they need to continue realising their ambitions. The businesses of Lancashire are the key to the growth of the county and the role of the Boost programme is to make sure the tools needed to continue growth in these businesses is provided. Supporting local businesses to grow and succeed is a key part of the Lancashire enterprise partnership’s (LEP) strategic plan to drive economic growth in Lancashire over the next decade. The Boost programme is joint funded with contributions from the European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) more specifically the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Council. This tender will be split into 5 lots. A single supplier contract is required to complete the services required for Business Relationship Management. The services will include but are not limited to: — Business engagement activities, — Dedicated account Managers, — 1-2-1 and group advice sessions, — Signposting to appropriate business support, — Brokerage services with business support partners, — Delivering ERDF specific outcomes and outputs. A single supplier contract is required to complete the services required for Growth support. The services will include but are not limited to: — Identifying and supporting entrepreneurs to develop growth businesses, — Delivering bespoke support products for potential entrepreneurs and new businesses, — Developing relationships with new businesses and tracking their growth progress, — Encouraging sustainability post support, — Delivering ERDF specific outcomes and outputs. A single supplier contract is required to complete the services required for Growth Mentoring. The services will include but are not limited to: — Identifying and engaging with established small and medium business with specific growth ambitions, — Providing a pool of experienced mentors to address the needs of small and medium businesses, — Providing 1-2-1 and group mentoring support to help businesses overcome the barriers to growth, — Delivering ERDF specific outcomes and outputs. A single supplier contract is required to complete the services required for Business Resilience. The services will include but are not limited to: — Identifying and engaging with established businesses wishing to develop UK and the international markets), — Supporting productivity improvements, identifying gaps and providing solutions, — Developing business resilience and market strategies, — Proving scale up support to businesses with rapid growth potential. A single supplier contract is required to complete the services required for Marketing Services. The services will include but are not limited to: — Engage clients in the various programmes, — Promote their achievements by managing the programmes web portal, social media channels, public relations and other areas as required to extend the scope of Boost to harder to reach groups and to extend its market penetration.
