As part of the Inverness and Highland City-Region Deal, the Northern Innovation Hub (NIH) is led by HIE. The NIH has been developed as a series of tightly-focused initiatives to strengthen opportunities for young people, to accelerate the growth of ambitious enterprises and enhance competitiveness in the Highland Council area. The NIH is designed to benefit small and emerging businesses and social enterprises. A key project within the NIH that is the subject of this PIN is the Adventure Tourism Accelerator project which will help bring together adventure tourism entrepreneurs to increase their business capability and facilitate collaboration. Please note this Notice is not a Call for Competition. Any future contract opportunities related to this requirement may be published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) and/or the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). By issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN), HIE does not make any commitment to procure any of the stated services. Dates and other information contained in this notice are indicative only and may be subject to change. No other tender documentation is available at this time. HIE may use information, comments etc. provided and/or future correspondence when compiling any final tender documents but reserves the right not to accept any such information, comments etc. from any respondent.
