Tender description

The works comprise servicing/maintenance and repairs to various types and manufacture of passenger, goods, platform and step lifts together with 24/7 emergency breakdown cover. The intention of this Contract is to ensure that the equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient manner by the Contractor, to comply with all current Lift Regulations, British Standard Codes of Practice, local byelaws and Building Regulations, and to provide the building users and Employer with a quality service. Repair works are to be carried out as instructed by the Employer following breakdowns, items identified from servicing/maintenance visits and recommendations following insurance inspections.
