The Contracting Authority invites responses to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of 2019 Haulage Services. For each of the 29 contract packages Coillte will be awarding a multi-party Framework Agreement with a minimum of 5 suppliers per framework. In addition to the 29 multi-party frameworks above all firms successful in being admitted to the individual package frameworks will be invited to join a separate National Haulage Framework Agreement which will be used as and when work outside the scope of the individual 29 frameworks arises. The supplier ranked number 1 will be awarded all of the business for the contract area. The suppliers ranked in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th positions are reserved suppliers who will be used in the following circumstances; lack of availability from supplier or performance issues in relation to supplier number 1 or 2 etc. In addition to the 29 multi-party frameworks above all firms successful in being admitted to the individual package frameworks will be invited to join a separate National Haulage Framework Agreement which will be used as and when work outside the scope of the individual 29 frameworks arises.
