Contract award notice for the Midlands Highway Alliance Medium Schemes Framework 3 (MSF3). The scope of the framework is for the execution of highway, civil and municipal engineering. Typical schemes may involve, but not exclusively, highway improvements, highway maintenance, highway infrastructure works (including bridges, subways, culverts andretaining walls), public realm works (town centre enhancements), drainage improvements, canal works andother infrastructure works such as waste management facilities. The framework operates under the NEC4 framework contract with work packages awarded under NEC4 engineering and construction contract option C.
