Tender description

The Authority is inviting expressions of interest and bids for the provision of maintenance and support for the following services: — Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms and Fire Suppression Systems, — Automated Access Systems, — Lift Systems, — Water Management. Description of services to be provided comprises of: — Servicing, testing and inspection of fire alarm installations, — Servicing, testing and inspection of intruder alarm installations, — Servicing, testing and inspection of fire suppression systems, — Provision of a 24 hour 365 day call out service for attending to breakdowns/faults to fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, intruder alarm systems, access control systems, nurse call systems, intercom and videophone systems and CCTV systems, — Completion of repairs to applicable systems less than 350 GBP, — Completion of repairs to applicable systems over 350 GBP (when commissioned), — Arrangement and co-ordination of works to closed protocol systems over and above that required in routine servicing activities subject to the necessary authorisations and instructions. Description of services to be provided comprises of: — Servicing, testing and inspection of Automatic Doors, — Servicing, testing and inspection of Roller Shutters, — Servicing, testing and inspection of Car Park Barrier, — Provision of a 24 hour 365 day call out service for attending to breakdowns/faults Automatic Doors, Roller Shutter Doors and Carpark Barriers, — Completion of repairs to applicable systems less than 350 GBP, — Completion of repairs to applicable systems over 350 GBP (At the request of the client only), — Arrangement and co-ordination of works to closed protocol systems over and above that required in routine servicing activities subject to the necessary authorisations and instructions. Description of services to be provided comprises of: — Servicing, testing and inspection of Lift installations, — Provision of a 24 hour 365 day call out service for attending to breakdowns/faults to Lift Systems, — Completion of repairs to applicable systems less than 350 GBP, — Completion of repairs to applicable systems over 350 GBP (At the request of the client only), — Arrangement and co-ordination of works to closed protocol systems over and above that required in routine servicing activities subject to the necessary authorisations and instructions. Description of services to be provided comprises of: — Survey, assessment and production of Legionella Risk Assessments, — Survey, assessment and production of Water Schematics, — Water tank cleaning including chemical dosing, — Provision of specialist water management advice, — Provision of 3 days on site training / year to carrying out premises manager training activities in respect of water management, — Completion of repairs to applicable systems over 350 GBP (At the request of the client only).
