Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites Expressions of Interest for the Contract for Affordable Housing Construction at Marlyon Road. This includes the demolition of existing dwellings and disused garage blocks and the design and construction of 36 no. houses over 7 blocks at 2 storey height and 45 no. flats over 3 blocks at 3 storey height including site clearance and external works for Marlyon Road, Ilford, London Borough of Redbridge (“the Contract”). The form of contract will be JCT Design and Build 2016 with amendments and is likely to commence during January 2019 and shall continue up to and including March 2021 (the “Contract Period”).
