London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for: Civils works and maintenance at London Luton Airport site there will be two lots. Lot 1 This will be for site maintenance of the entire estate using a two man team and also Airside projects. Lot 2 Small civil works projects Landside including car park projects This contract will be for a period of three 3 years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 2 x 2 years taken up by single 1 x 1 year extensions 3 plus 1 plus 1. Commencement of the contract is targeted to be between January 2019 Lot 1: This will be for site maintenance of the entire London Luton Airport operations estate using a 2 man team. The aim of this works package is to carry out day to day maintenance and planned civil engineering maintenance to the Airside, land side and car park Infrastructure at the London Luton Airport operations estate. The reactive and planned maintenance works will be carried out during normal working hours except when operational requirements dictate the work to be carried out during quite periods and or weekends.
