Repair works to Industrial/Commercial Units at Town Yard and Leekbrook

Tender description

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (SMDC) wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor to deliver repairs and refurbishment works to 9 industrial/commercial units bringing the units up to a lettable standard. The units area situated at Leekbrook and Town Yard in Leek, Staffordshire. For full details of the required works, please refer to the individual appendices uploaded to this ITT in the Supplier attachments area of the Electronic tendering portal, link below. The contract will initially be for completion in 8 wks for the identified units, on satisfactory performance the Council will extend this upto 1 yr in total to provide future ad-hoc services for any additional site in need of repair for re-let.
