Tender description

The City of London has received Planning permission from the London Borough of Southwark on 09 November 2017 to construct 13 new flats (4 one bed, 7 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom). The work will also include roof repair and window replacement. The existing blocks consist of 65 flats of which 15 are held under long leases. The duration of the contract is 18 months, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 6 months. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 2 years.
