<p>South Gloucestershire Council wishes to establish a multi-supplier Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of training providers to support the Council in the delivery of quality Apprenticeship Programmes that secure best value and operate within the Apprenticeship funding and contract rules.
