Tender description

CNC is looking to appoint a single supplier to manage the booking of all of their resilience transport and accommodation requirements on a 24 /7 basis 365 days a year. To include but not limited to facilitating the booking of coaches, mini buses taxis, car hire and hotel rooms, in the event of an operational incident requiring CNC officers to deploy outside of standard routine. The contract is 5 + 2. The CNC has apportioned a value of 5 000 000 GBP to this contract as an estimate of the value the contract could reach, should the CNC have multiple roll outs over that period. (We have used historical data to estimate this figure) The CNC does not guarantee any spend on this contract, however the CNC would entertain a retainer fee (minimal) if the potential suppliers note this on the financial aspects of the tender documents, which would be weighted accordingly. For any 12 months period where the CNC does not draw on the service then the retainer would be the only payment made. The contract would be five years with the possibility of extending for a further 2 years. (5 + 2) The CNC has apportioned a value of 5 million pounds to this contract as an estimate of the value the contract could reach, should the CNC have multiple roll outs over that period. (We have used historical data to estimate this figure) Please note, The CNC does not guarantee any spend on this contract, however the CNC would entertain a retainer fee (minimal) if the potential suppliers note this on the financial aspects of the tender documents, which would be weighted accordingly.
