Refurbishment of Newbridge Town Hall - Specialist Metal Lattice Windows

Tender description

Newbridge Town Council, the Contracting Authority, proposes to carry out refurbishment works to Newbridge Town Hall, a Protected Structure. The proposed works will generally consist of replacement of existing slate roof, lead work; repairs to existing cast iron lattice windows, cleaning and repairing existing stonework, demolitions and alterations internally and externally, mechanical and electrical services, new high quality paving to front and side of existing building and connection to existing services. Initailly Newbridge Town Council wish to form a panel of specialist metal window subcontractors for works to existing metal lattice windows. Main contractors for the overall refurbishment works will be requested to select a specialist from this panel of specialist established by Newbridge Town Council.
