Tender description

The project comprises the provision of secure office accommodation and associated facilities for the new/relocated British Embassy involving comprehensive internal reconfiguration and fit-out of a c.475m2 floor plate area, currently shell and core, located on the 19th Floor of Shangri La Office Tower (SLOT), Ulaanbaatar. The proposed works will include open plan and cellular office accommodation, staff shower, meeting rooms and welfare facilities plus comprehensive M&E installations and essential security and communications systems.
