This is an award notice for the enabling works will comprising the following: — Detailed design of sub-structure/ basement from RIBA Stage 3, — Installation of hoarding, — Installation of access roads and main works compound, — Installation of retaining wall adjacent to Convocation Avenue, — Excavation to FFL, — Creation of 2 floor basement and associated tanking/ plant voids/ risers/ lift cores etc. to ground floor slab level.
