Replacement, Refurbishment, Repair and Associated Remedial Works in connection with Passive Fire Safety

Works Contract The Authority is seeking to establish a single contract for the various replacement, refurbishment, repair and associated remedial works in connection with passive fire safety with a Contractor experienced in delivering works of a similar nature, capable of meeting the requirements of the specification (encompassing both the supply of all materials and labour) and with the capacity to deliver works across all geographical areas of Bromford’s operation, including availability of sufficient resources to meet the requirements of both planned works as well as reactive works / surges in demand. This contract will enable continuity of the relevant improvement works and mitigation of the fire risk to the customers, visitors, Bromford staff and other persons engaged at or in the vicinity of Bromford’s properties.
