Tender description
The Council would like to appoint two appropriately qualified and accredited Chartered Surveying firms to provide a range of professional services to support Bulk / Block Residential Acquisitions and Land for Social Housing. The firms must be accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). 2 firms will be appointed onto this contract. To provide a range of acquisition services. The services within scope will include sourcing properties that meet the Council’s requirements, professional valuations of opportunities that have been identified as meeting the Council’s requirements (if instructed) and negotiating the purchase of these opportunities (if instructed) on the Council’s behalf.
