The Provision of Market Research Services to ERVIA and its subsidiaries, Irish Water, Gas Network Ireland and its subsidiaries. This will cover market research activities across a variety of marketing, communications and customer service activities for a period of 3 years. Annual Extensions may be made to the contract of — plus 1 year, plus 1 year subject to annual review. Qualitative and Quantitative market research and insight generation to lead and support strategy and planning activities. Ervia require services across the following range of market research, including but not limited to, — customer experience, — brand sentiment, — communication and advertising effectiveness and development, — attitudes, opinions and behaviour within consumer and business environment. As per PQQ document Research that leads and supports strategy and planning in areas that include communications, consumer and business sentiment and experiences, attitudes and behaviours within category and related environment. A partnership approach to conducting quantitative research for Ervia; – including collaborative scoping of research requirements and overall design, – deployment of robust and efficient design, data and advanced statistical analyses that leads and supports strategic communication and marketing planning with Ervia teams. Research that leads and supports strategy and planning in areas that includes communications, consumer and business sentiment and experiences, attitudes and behaviours within category and related environment.
