Tender description

Herefordshire Council (Council) issued a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union on 25.6.2016 (reference number 2016/S 121-215869) in relation to its Development and Regeneration Programme (DRP) and has now, following a dialogue process and subsequent selection, agreed to enter into overarching agreements with Keepmoat Homes Limited (Keepmoat) and Engie Regeneration Limited (Engie). Keepmoat will be delivering residential aspects of the DRP and Engie following the sale of the Keepmoat regeneration business to Engie will be delivering the non-residential aspects of the DRP. These agreements also include an option for the Council to request additional services in relation to regeneration including, but not limited to: District energy and district heating projects, facilities management and refurbishment, energy supply, and other general construction work The terms for these additional services will be agreed between the parties when necessary.
