New build school and community facilities The project includes the design and construction (Design and Build form of contract) of a new build 2 storey, three stream Primary School, Nursery facility and local community facilities including; — Site ground stabilization works (subject to outcome of site investigation), — Incoming utilities and/or service diversions, — Substructure, — Superstructure, — Internal finishes, — Fitments, furnishings and equipment, — All Building Services, — Associated external works, comprising car parking, hard and soft landscaping and MUGA facility, — Off site road works and remote car parking, — Demolition of existing site buildings, — Assistance with decant from existing facilities.
