A contract for the provision of individually portioned quick frozen meat and fish products to Shropshire Council for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 April 2018. A contract for the provision of individually portioned quick frozen meat and fish products to Shropshire Council for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 April 2018. Please note delivery will be made through the authority’s distributor (currently Bidfood). You must provide a range of meat products that meet Farm Assured Standards, preferably Red Tractor or EU equivalent. You must provide a variety of fish products that conform to Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) standards. This contract will commence on 1 April 2018 for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years.
