Fingal County Council - Proposed alterations and refurbishment to Sluagh Hall, Swords, Co Dublin

Tender description

Fingal County Council seeks a main contractor for the the division of an existing building into two separate units to facilitate two sporting clubs by the construction of a fire rated partition across the existing main hall and the formation of new fire escape doors. The project will also require the provision of new toilet facilities within the existing envelop of the building to serve the two clubs, and the provision of new lighting, heating and fire alarm systems in both units. The project will also involve the redecoration and painting of walls and ceilings internally and all associated site development works.
