Tender description

The Project is for the Medical Technologies Innovation facility c 2500 M 2 at Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus addressing fundamental research in which to develop platform technologies for commercialisation. The site is situated to the south east of the Rosalind Franklin building and to the south west of the new ISTEC building at the edge of the developed area of the Clifton campus. The site forms part of a bust University Campus which is in constant use and where the operation of adjacent buildings are also of a science based use. The project will be expected to be delivered to a BREEAM Excellent rating and EPC A. The project construction building cost is anticipated to be in the region of 7 000 000 to 8 000 000 including FF and E, and excluding VAT. The university are planning to install approximately 4 000 000 to 5 000 000 of specialist equipment. The specialist equipment is not included in the tender but may require elements of coordination and installation. Construction of the Medical Technologies Innovation facility new building.
