(16-276) Framework for External Scheme Painting and Maintenance Repairs

Tender description

Fingal County Council intends to establish a framework for External Scheme Painting and Maintenance Repairs to existing dwellings in the Fingal administrative area. The framework will be established with a minimum of three and maximum of five contractors based on the most economically advantageous tenders received for this tender. This Batch A tender is for two main estates totalling 490 existing Council dwellings, to be completed within a contract period of 124 calendar days. Minimum qualification criteria apply for submission of a tender. Proposed applicants must demonstrate that they are competent and experienced contractors with a track record in, and have successfully completed, similar type works (to the proposed works) within the last five years. They must demonstrate management and resource availability in order to meet the required programme of works.
