Tender description

The work comprises the demolition of 58 dwellings situated on Balham Avenue, Mitcham Road, Northolt Close, Tedding Close and Yiewsley Close. Dwellings are of a non-traditional construction known as Caspon. It is assumed the properties are built on strip foundations, demolition is to include both the superstructure and sub structure down to a depth of 1 metre and include all pipework and drainage within the perimeter of the site. Post demolition the site will be backfilled with clean imported sub-soil to ground level. Keywords: Demolition
