Tender description

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to support the delivery of the Comhairle’s Capital Programme. The projects approved primarily relate to renovation and remodelling but may include alterations, extensions and possibly new builds. These projects will be packaged as “several works”, under formal building contracts, to be delivered by a main contractor who will provide and / or sub contract in all of the trades needed to deliver the project. The contract will be split into two lots and contractors can submit offers for 1 or both lots and 1 or more options within Lot 1.
