The North & East Housing Association proposes to complete works to a 3-bedroom duplex apartment located on the first and second floor in a 3 storey duplex unit over ground floor apartment. The property is southwest facing and was constructed in 2008. Internally the property is only a shell with timber studs installed to the first floor on concrete slab and screed and timber joists at the second floor. North & East Housing Association intend to appoint a contractor to carry out all the necessary works to complete the building suitable for occupancy and undertake the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage Role.
