De Montfort University are looking to undertake the refurbishment of the second floor Library wing to create a student study area. This consists of the removal of the existing de-mountable partition system forming the existing office and classroom areas; the replacement of the central ceiling system together with the associated lighting; the construction of a new entrance partition with double doors; the re-casement of the central columns and the re-flooring and decoration of the area. Length of contract: 6 week contract period commencing on Monday 20th August 18 with practical completion on or before Friday 28th September 2018.
