SES Water (“SESW”) is tendering to solicit offers from either one supplier per lot or one supplier for both lots for the provision of professional services for: Lot 1 – Land Agency services, Lot 2 – Management of Non-Operational Properties, Surplus Land and Aerial Mast Sites. Lot 1, the projects require specialist consultancy advisors, surveyors and administrators who understand the legislations and regulations and whose experience includes serving appropriate notice, arranging entry to land, negotiating excessive entry payments and fees and agreeing any compensation from a claimant who has expressed losses arising from the project work on their land. Lot 2, An efficient, high quality and personal service to the tenants in carrying out general maintenance and repairs at properties, as well as administrative work in the renewal of leases and licenses and management tracking of surplus land for development.
