Demolition of temporary classroom unit, relocation of shed, play equipment and bike shelter, alterations to existing school building to accommodate the construction of a single storey classroom extension comprising one new classroom with wet area, circulation space, toilet area, hygiene room, cloakroom, store and entrance corridor (approx. gross floor area 116m²) including all associated mechanical and electrical installations, drainage and external works.
