Hempstead Primary School - Replacement Windows

Tender description

Medway Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Contractor and invites contractors to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements set out within the documents attached to this this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 23rd Aug 2018 and will continue for a period of 12 weeks with no option to extend unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. The Council is offering the requirement under 2 lots. Lot 1 for the Junior School element and Lot 2 for the Infant School element. Note that due to budgetary constraints the council reserves the right not to award the entire contract. This may result in a more limited value and therefore each element needs to be priced so that windows can be excluded as a value engineering exercise at the discretion of Medway Council.
