Dementia Friendly Internal decorations and dementia-orientated signage at 6 Community Hospitals in Kent

The works shall comprise of internal decorations and signage incorporating guidance as set out in the Department of Health's Health Building Note 08-02 Dementia-friendly Health and Social Care Environments, comprising of such areas as communal corridors, bedded wards, X-ray and Physio, swimming pool, changing rooms, laundry, clinical areas, staff rooms, patient toilets, patient bathrooms, kitchens etc. The six hospitals will remain open and fully operational during the works. The Tender will be split into 3 Lots by geographical location of the Hospitals within Kent. Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3 can be bid for separately or as a combination of all three. Bidders must: • Be Constructionline registered with 'verified' status. • Have experience of working within an NHS hospital environment. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SITE VISITS. JCT INTERMEDIATE BUILDING CONTRACT will be applied to these works.
