Tender description

1. To strip, remove and dispose of the asbestos containing artex and plasterboard ceiling to the ATA Art room. Work to be carried out under controlled conditions. Also to include a small section of damage in the adjacent room behind. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for an air test. 2. To supply and install 12.5mm plasterboard with joints staggered. To tape and fill the exposed joints and sand in preparation for decoration. To seal all other gaps with mastic. To supply and apply 2 coats of white emulsion paint.
